Exhibitor FAQs

10′ x 10′ Inline booth – $2,600.00

10′ x 10′ Corner booth – $2,800.00

Non-Profit Booth – $500 for 10′ x 10′ booth

Booth location in premium area – $250 additional fee per 10′ x 10′ booth

Additional Exhibitor Badge –$150

50% of booth fees are due with application and deposit is non-refundable

Exhibitor eligibility is determined solely by Southwest Veterinary Symposium. The decision is based on the company products or service, which must directly relate to veterinary practice. SWVS retains the right to approve exhibitors and determine the exhibitors’ space.

  • Lead Retrieval: Commercial booths receive free lead retrieval
  • Exhibitor Badges: Four (4) allotted exhibitor badges (additional badges $150 each)
  • Exhibitor Lunch: Total of four (4) complimentary lunches (2 for Friday & 2 for Saturday)
  • Exhibit Booth Furnishing: Set with 8′ high back drape, 36″ high side dividers, one 6′ x 30″ skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one 7″x 44″ identification sign. All aisles will be carpeted. Booth spaces are NOT carpeted and carpet/flooring is required 
  • Company Description: Listing on the SWVS Interactive Website and SWVS Mobile App
  • Company Logo: Listing on the SWVS Interactive Website and Mobile App

Non-Commercial booth fee applies to non-profit organizations, associations, colleges and universities. Please provide a copy of your non-profit 501c3 tax status. If you do not fall in the category of non-commercial, you will need to register at the standard booth rate.

Floor covering to fill the entire square footage of your booth space

Electrical, Wi-Fi, and AV services, if needed

A minimum deposit of 50% total contracted amount for booth space is required with the submission of the Contract for Exhibits. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Contracts received without the required deposit are not considered binding and space is not guaranteed. No company will be allowed to exhibit unless the exhibit fee is paid in full. SWVS management reserves the right to cancel and re-sell any booth space not paid in full by May 1, 2023. Non-payment of the fee will result in the immediate release of booth space (no exceptions). No refunds will be given after May 1, 2023. The total amount due must accompany a contract for exhibit space requests made after May 1, 2023.

SWVS has negotiated and selected popular hotels with a range of prices and a variety of amenities that are convenient to the convention center or are in walking distance. Reservations need to be made online through our registration system. Click here to see hotel details.


The Exhibitor Service Kit can be found in your Exhibitor Service Center. The Exhibitor Service Kit is a comprehensive tool for ordering all your show services. The approved vendor forms for booth carpet, electrical, AV, internet and catering. Use the Exhibitor Service Kit to keep track of important deadlines for shipping and show services.

Any request to cancel your exhibit booth space must be sent via email to Show Management at angie@swvs.org Requested cancellations will not receive a refund of the deposit and are subject to a fee of 100% of the total booth cost is after May 1, 2023.
