10′ x 10′ Inline booth – $2,600.00
10′ x 10′ Corner booth – $2,800.00
Non-Profit Booth – $500 for 10′ x 10′ booth
Booth location in premium area – $250 additional fee per 10′ x 10′ booth
Additional Exhibitor Badge –$200
50% of booth fees are due with application and deposit is non-refundable
Exhibitor eligibility is determined solely by Southwest Veterinary Symposium. The decision is based on the company products or service, which must directly relate to veterinary practice. SWVS retains the right to approve exhibitors and determine the exhibitors’ space.
Non-Commercial booth fee applies to non-profit organizations, associations, colleges and universities. Please provide a copy of your non-profit 501c3 tax status. If you do not fall in the category of non-commercial, you will need to register at the standard booth rate.

As a new exhibitor, you will need to fill out an new exhibitor application.
Deposit and Payment Policy
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total contracted booth space amount is required at the time of booth selection. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Booth selections submitted without the required deposit will not be considered binding, and space will not be guaranteed.
All exhibit fees must be paid in full by May 1, 2026. SWVS Management reserves the right to cancel and re-sell any booth space not paid in full by this date. Non-payment will result in the immediate release of booth space (no exceptions).
No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2026. For exhibit space requests submitted after May 1, 2026, full payment must accompany the contract.
SWVS appreciates your cooperation in adhering to all the Policies and Procedures so that we can ensure the safety and enjoyment of both attendees and exhibitors. SWVS Rules and Regulations are located in your Exhibitor Service Center.
SWVS has negotiated and selected popular hotels with a range of prices and a variety of amenities that are convenient to the convention center or are in walking distance. Reservations need to be made online through our registration system.
The Exhibitor Service Kit can be found in your Exhibitor Service Center. The Exhibitor Service Kit is a comprehensive tool for ordering all your show services. The approved vendor forms for booth carpet, electrical, AV, internet and catering. Use the Exhibitor Service Kit to keep track of important deadlines for shipping and show services.
Booth Cancellation Policy
All requests to cancel exhibit booth space must be submitted via email to Show Management at angie@swvs.org. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations received after May 1, 2026, are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the total booth cost.
